Mission Statement

1st Global Real Estate Corp. is purchasing real estate from failed institutions. The Company then plans to repair the properties and rent them out or resell them.

1st Global will turn REO distressed properties into successful rentals and quality assets. The properties will be managed and maintained and/or sold based upon market condition.

1st Global does all the work to insure the investment maintains a positive cash flow while the investors in 1st Global reap the benefits from the current real estate market without the hassle of actual ownership.
